The time of the complaint is specified in \u00a7436 point 2 and \u00a7437 point 1-5.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer accepts the validity of the warranty and complaint conditions by taking the goods from the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Packages for complaint proceedings must be clearly marked &#8220;RMA&#8221; or &#8220;COMPLAINT PROCEDURE&#8221;. If the package is intended for a specific person, the name (trader, warehouse, RMA, accountant\u2026) must also be provided.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b98690b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b98690b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. If the buyer finds mechanical damage or incompleteness of the goods, it is necessary to write a damage record with the present transport driver. Subsequently, it is necessary to contact the responsible employees of the transport company and MAJK Ltd, ie production and sales manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complaints about goods in undamaged packaging and complaints about obvious defects (scratches, cracks, breaks\u2026) we accept within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. They will not be recognized after this period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a12c56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8a12c56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. If damage occurs during transport to the RMA, defective goods will not be subject to warranty repair.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The buyer is obliged to enclose the relevant delivery note and the exact description of the defect.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company MAJK sro does not accept goods sent by express.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RMA packages intended for the complaints department must be clearly marked &#8220;RMA&#8221; or &#8220;COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT&#8221;. Troubleshooting\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34f7bc6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"34f7bc6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The seller reserves the right to replace the non-repairable product with an identical, new or product whose technical parameters will fully replace the non-repairable product.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of replacement, the warranty is not extended, but the original one continues. The warranty is extended only by the time during which the goods were in the complaint department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that the buyer requests a claim for a damaged product (Section 4), it is not a warranty claim, but a &#8220;conditional claim&#8221; and the time of equipment depends on the supplier.
