Description and use
Description and use – the most common use is as a sealing element in construction. This product group, depending on the material, is used for its mechanical and physical properties such as sealing for luminaires, expansion joints, polycarbonate coating, air conditioning, and other industries – in automotive, engineering, food and construction.
Properties
Properties – these gaskets are characterized by excellent resistance to weather conditions and ozone, high temperatures, very good physical and mechanical properties as well as permanent deformation, excellent water resistance, having almost no absorption rate and are resistant to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +100 °C.
Performances
Design – they are produced in several basic shapes, such as square, rectangle, circular gasket, intermediate ring, or specific shapes. Gaskets can also be made as self-adhesive.
Material basis
Material basis – these gaskets can be made of several types of homogeneous mixtures and hardnesses – depending on the conditions of use. These are materials such as EPDM, SBR. The specific weight is around 1.3 g / cm 3 and hardness from 40 to 80 °ShA. In addition to standard materials meeting various demanding applications, we can also produce peroxide mixtures (sulfur-free), non-flammable profiles in terms of (NF F 16-101, ISO 45545), products in terms of TL1010 and FMVSS 302, water supply materials set by EN681, gaskets for flood-protection walls, automotive gaskets according to VW 2.8.1

Description and use
Description and use – they are produced in various shapes and according to a design they can be used as e.g. gaskets for work desks, kitchen units, skirting boards, stair edges, insulating tubes of different sizes, hoses, and other special profiles that are used in various structural (building) parts, households, gardening, furniture, and various other industries.
Properties
Profiles made of softened PVC are resistant to standard weather conditions and temperatures from -15 °C to + 70 °C without changing the performance properties, however, with prolonged sun exposure, there is a slow aging process. We also offer modified PVC with high UV resistance, excellent properties of permanent deformation, resistance to various cleaning chemicals.
Performances
They are produced in several basic shapes, such as square, rectangle, circular gasket, intermediate ring, and various specific shapes. Gaskets can also be made as self-adhesive.
Material basis
Various types of PVC granulate with a specific weight of 1.2 -1.5 g / cm3 and a hardness range from 50 to 90 °ShA are used in the production. The properties of the individual granules vary depending on the manufacturer.
